Excessive use of the Service, resulting from automated use may lead to account suspension. Enterprise plans customers are exempt from this restriction. "Unlimited search" refers to the number of searches you can perform per month, subject to fair use. Excessive use of the Service, resulting from automated use may lead to account suspension. Enterprise plans customers are exempt from this restriction.
5. User Content
Responsibility: You are responsible for any content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service. License to TagStack.io: By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for the purpose of operating the Service. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise make available content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, and content, are owned by TagStack.io or its licensors. Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruptions. No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagStack.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Acquisition
